  • 1

    BOTH TEAMS, LIVE

Shots, shots on goal, corners, steals, cards, penalties and pass completion — yours and theirs, side by side, building as the match goes.

  • 2

    NEVER LOOK DOWN

Say the number and the ball moves to that player. Say the color and the number when the other team takes it — which is why the shirt colors sit beside the team names.

  • 3

    WHERE THE BALL IS

Attacking third, the box, or defensive third. One tap, and possession time accrues to that zone — which is how you learn that 62 per cent of possession was not 62 per cent of pressure.

  • 4

    EVERYTHING ELSE THAT HAPPENS

Shot, corner, foul, offside, penalty, yellow, red, substitution, goalkeeper change. The whole match down one rail, not buried in menus.

  • 5

    WHO HAS IT

The player on the ball is highlighted. Numbers grayed out are on the bench, so you cannot credit someone who is not on the pitch.

  • 6

    ONE TAP A PASS

The app already knows who had it, so a pass is a single tap on whoever received it. That chain builds your completion percentage and hands you the assist when a goal follows.

  • 7

    THEIR SIDE TOO

The opponent’s numbers sit on the same screen, so one person charts both teams — their steals, fouls and cards included.

Two Screens, One Match

Your assistant sees everything. Touches nothing.

  • A free iPhone companion. Connect an iPhone or a second iPad over the same wifi to mirror the match.
  • Everything mirrored live. Scoreboard, live stats, and the field heatmap, updating as you log them.
  • Read–only by design. The bench can follow the match without any chance of disturbing your inputs.

After The Whistle

A report your team can actually learn from.

  • HTML or CSV, your choice. A readable report to send, or the raw numbers for your own spreadsheet.
  • Share how you already share. Straight through the iOS share sheet — email, AirDrop, or Messages.
  • Season rollups and player reports. Every match folds into season totals automatically, with a page per player.
  • Nothing leaves until you send it. Your data sits on the iPad until you choose to share it.

The match report, ready to send

Built for the touchline

One‑handed entry, a clock that runs itself, and a layout you can read standing up in the sun.

Everything stays on your iPad

No accounts and no cloud sync. Your roster and your match data are yours, and the only thing that leaves is the report you choose to send.

The small things that decide whether an app survives a season.

Roster once, use all season

Add each player with a name and number before the first match and the rest takes care of itself.

Voice aliases

Set the shortened names you actually call out so the app recognizes them mid‑match.

Lineups and subs

Pick your starting eleven at kickoff and change it as the match goes.

Field heatmap

See where your play is actually happening, not where you think it is.

Works with no signal

Most touchlines have no usable wifi. This one does not care.

HTML and CSV reports

Readable for parents and players, raw for you.

Built for coaches who think in possessions.

Coaches Box Soccer treats the match the way you already read it — as a sequence of possessions rather than a list of events. Download it and track your next match.
